Cartozzo's Bakery began as a small neighborhood bakery in Kenner, Louisiana. What started as a family dream has grown into a cherished tradition that families look forward to every Mardi Gras season.
We still use our original family recipes, slow proofing, and hand braiding to bake every king cake, loaf of bread, and sweet treat.
