1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order on cartozzos.cajungrocer.com(“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Orders, Pricing & Product Availability
We strive to ensure that all pricing, descriptions, and inventory quantities are accurate. However, typographical errors or unexpected smokehouse supply fluctuations may occur.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or subject to supply shortages. In the event of a cancellation after payment has been received, a prompt full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Perishable Food Shipping & Customer Obligations
Perishable orders (boudin, sausage, turduckens, seafood) are packed in heavy insulated coolers with commercial dry ice. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- A correct, deliverable street address is provided (carriers cannot deliver dry ice coolers to P.O. boxes).
- Someone is available to receive and unpack the perishable shipment on the delivery date.
- Perishable items are transferred directly to refrigeration (below 40°F) or frozen storage (0°F) immediately upon arrival.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All text, imagery, graphics, logos, video clips, and product guides appearing on this Site are the property of Cartozzo's Bakery or our vendor partners and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
