Cartozzo's Bakery began as a small neighborhood bakery in Kenner, Louisiana. What started as a family dream has grown into a tradition that families near and far look forward to every Mardi Gras season.

We still use our original family recipes, Danish dough proofing techniques, and hand-braiding methods to bake every king cake, loaf of French bread, and sweet pastry.
