OUTSTANDING! All the flavor of the original Turducken but MUCH more convenient to cook and serve. This has become our go-to main dish the past few years on our annual "Turducken Day" celebration.

A: This turducken roll is fully assembled but not precooked. Thaw it in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours before cooking. In an electric oven, preheat to 350°F, remove the roll from its packaging, and place it skin-side down in a roasting pan with 3/4–1 cup of water. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour 45 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for approximately 15 more minutes, or until the center reaches 165°F. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. No special oven is required. This 4-pound pork sausage turducken roll is an excellent choice for approximately 6–10 guests who prefer a rich, savory Creole sausage stuffing.
